We use non–GMO technologies to enhance the nutritional and health promoting properties of lettuce and other leafy vegetables. Our first products include Super Lettuces™ that contain more beneficial polyphenols (antioxidants) than blueberries. Five varieties of lettuces containing high levels of different beneficial polyphenols have been developed.
